No analysis is performed upon personal data. IP logs are stored for reasons of system security (to prevent misuse), enhancement of the web site and for statistical purposes (number of users and page impressions). Data is not passed on to third parties.
Personal data is used only for the stated purpose, i.e. forwarding of information such as annual reports, press maps, regular emails and similar activities. You may withdraw authorisation regarding storage of your personal data by sending an email to ir@onvista-group.de or presse@onvista-group.de.
In addition, our web site also includes hyperlinks to web sites of other providers. In this case, you will be automatically routed from our web site to the relevant third-party web site. You will be able to see this by the change of the URL. Should you be routed via a hyperlink to any of these web sites, the use of your data will be subject solely to the data protection policy of the respective company. We are unable to assume responsibility for the confidential use of your data, since we have no influence on these companies adhering to the data protection regulations.
In the event of data being collected by OnVista, we, or our appointed data processing agent, will store your information on secure servers in Germany. Access to your data is restricted to authorised personnel dealing with technical, commercial or editorial support.
The company takes extensive technical and operational precautions, which are reviewed regularly and adapted in-line with technological advances, to prevent the loss or misuse of data stored by OnVista. We would, however, like to point out that due to the structure of the Internet, it is possible that other persons and institutions outside OnVista's sphere of responsibility might not observe data protection rules and the above security measures. In particular, unencrypted information can be read by a third party – even if the data is sent via email. Technically, this falls outside the control of OnVista. It is the responsibility of the user to protect any data made available against misuse either by way of encryption or by a different method.
Should you have any questions or suggestions in respect of data protection, we would be delighted to hear from you:
