Since the end of 2007, the French online bank Boursorama S.A. has been the majority shareholder of the OnVista Group. At present, Boursorama S.A. holds more than 90% of the shares. The OnVista Group is currently implementing a change in strategy, from a broadly based internet company to a focus on its core business, financial markets.
