16 February 2009 – Ralf Freiherr von Ziegesar has resigned his post as Chairman and Member of the Supervisory Board of OnVista AG with effect from 16.02.2009. Mr. von Ziegesar has decided to leave the Supervisory Board on his own accord. Up to the time a new Supervisory Board Chairman is elected, Mr. Ramón Blanco, as Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board, will perform Mr. von Ziegesar’s duties. OnVista AG will propose Dr. Joachim Totzke as a new Member of the Supervisory Board to the District Court in Cologne. Dr. Totzke is currently Head of the Legal Department & Compliance at the Frankfurt branch office of Société Générale and Managing Director of Société Générale Effekten GmbH.
